  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer COD options to maintain an efficient shipping process.

  • Once accepted, claims for transit-related damages will not be entertained unless reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs policies to avoid delays or unforeseen charges.
